The Full Fund provides you an opportunity to access funding twice a year to deliver larger-scale projects. 

The panel meet in November and April each year to discuss applications up to $30,000. Applications will remain open until the funding pool is exhausted.

Full Fund - max $30,000

• The panel will then meet to assess applications received for that month.
  • Round 1 - Closed 10th November 2024
  • Round 2 - Closed 10th April 2025

Please ensure you speak to the Community Partnerships Advisor or your Sport Hawke's Bay rep before submitting your application 
​​​​​​​Once we have spoken to you we will provide you with an application link.

• The deciding committee will meet after the closing date of each round to assess applications received.
• Applicants will be invited to present (in person or via a submitted video) to the assessment panel. The maximum time allowed per applicant will be 10 minutes.
• Successful applicants will receive their funds by the 20th of the closing date month.
